About Outdoor Truths: Outdoor Truths is a weekly sportsman's article that appears in newspapers and regional magazines across 13 states in the South, and Midwest. It is a blend of observations and experiences that have come over time from being in God's great outdoors. The articles speak of hunting and fishing, and the outdoors while pointing readers to the One who is the creator and sustainer of the universe. About Gary Miller: |
Welcome to Outdoor Truths, Online |
I was not raised in a hunting or fishing family. What I learned was from trial and
error. My fishing experiences first came on the banks of the local canal, fishing
for carp. My hunting experiences came after I bought a shotgun at the age of 16. Ever since then, I have been drawn to the water and woods. I still make no claims of being an expert and I think that still puts me with the majority. I have, however, experienced many of the things that you have. My call is simply to write and speak about them in a way that causes outdoorsmen and outdoorswomen to contemplate their relationship to God. |
